Highly Recommended Fine Watch Servicing and Repair! We needed special crystals and stem repair of discontinued, high end watches and had not ben able to find anyone local (We are in VA) to do the repairs. I was extremely hesitant to work with anyone found over the internet, especially a home based business. We personally traveled to this Cincinnati location to drop the watches off and to ensure the legitimacy of this business. Andy Wahl was extremely well trained and knowledgeable about this little known brand, and clearly explained the work he would do and the cost for that repair. When we got the watches back they looked better than new! He not only replaced the parts and gaskets, he buffed them and also gave estimates for recommended additional work that was not pushed, just suggested for the future. He communicated status throughout the week he had these, then overnighted the watches to us and kept in touch until we could confirm they were safely back in our hands. His attention to detail, concern for his customer and his communication were above expectation and I would be happy to recommend him freely to anyone needing ANY watch repair or cleaning. He was reasonable and most of all trustworthy. He earned this recommendation 100%. I will use him even for battery replacements (he pointed out the last jeweler we used put the back on upside down).
