About me: My name is Andy Wahl I am an independent watchmaker and own this business.I am in no way affiliated with any of the watch brands listed on my Web Site. The advantage to this is flexibility and experience. I repair ALL watch brands and I have thousands of hours of experience repairing everything from Rolex to Timex and all brands between and beyond. I will be happy to supply references. Payment: Arrangements are made in the form major credit cards, checks or money order. Payment is expected to arrive while your watch is in the shop before the watch is sent back repaired. Please make checks paid available to Andrew Wahl. Warranty: If your repair includes an overhaul or a new movement you receive a 12 month warranty on the running and timekeeping. If a problem arises with your watch during the warranty period simply return the watch to me and it will be repaired at no charge. If it has been rusted or abused, such as dropped the warranty may be void. When we enter into a verbal agreement of your watch repair, at that point I buy parts and my time is invested in the watch and for this reason I do not offer any refunds on any repairs. I am more than happy to repair your watch if needed and is under warranty at no charge. You are only responsible for shipping cost in the case you send the watch back to me during the 12 month warranty term. I will then pay return shipping when the watch is repaired and returned to you. Part jobs are repairs that do no require service to the internal movement. Part jobs include new crystal, stem & crown, new battery, etc. There is no warranty on running or timekeeping if the repair only required a "part job" repair. If you have a problem with running or timekeeping after a "part job" I will certainly work with you on the repair costs.
