I had my date-just for 20 year and this is the second time that I needed it to be maintained. He did the same repair that "Rolex" would do, but I had my watch in 2 weeks not 2-3 months when Rolex does it. He consistently kept me informed of receiving the watch, status of repairs, and shipping. WOW talk about keeping me informed! When I received it, is noticed how well he polished it up making it look brand new! After 5 days, the time is with in 1 seconds of the world clock (internet); can't say the factory was that accurate. Shattered the octagonal crystal of my personally valuable watch and no replacement available from manufacturer. Assessed both local and web options ...and... chose Ohio Watch Repair based on reviews.
