For optimal performance of your timepiece a professional watch battery service / watch battery replacement should be performed every two years or close. Some model watches require special tools to open the case without damaging it. I have the factory correct authorized special tools to open and close the watch case and back without any marring or scratching to the case. Many high end watches require special tools to open and close your watch. Please be aware not to allow anyone to work on your watch who does not have these special authorized tools. He did the same repair that "Rolex" would do, but I had my watch in 2 weeks not 2-3 months when Rolex does it.
