Rolex Stem and Crown Replacement - Rolex Watch Repair

The crown of the watch is the "knob" on the side of the watch that is used to set the time. A stem is attached to the crown of the watch and goes into the movement. This allows the watch be set.

If you have a broke stem and crown, most can be replaced with original parts to insure the highest quality repair.

What to expect:

Services Performed
All watches for service are completely disassembled, cleaned, oiled, and timed using state of the art equipment. Cases are refinished, cleaned, and most plastic crystals are replaced.

Warranty
All watches that we service carry a one year warranty on work performed. Parts subject to normal wear such as crystals, straps, etc. are not covered under warranty, neither is damage as a result of abuse.

Service Turnaround Time
Our turn around time is usually 2 - 5 weeks. Depending on material availability. I am sure to keep my customers updated regularly on watches in for repair.

Shipping

Watch Repair Estimates
Estimates for watch repair are provided free of charge. We are very fair and confident in our estimate process. Unlike most other watch repair service providers, in the event an estimate is not approved for repair we will pay for return shipping at same insured value your watch was received.

Payments for repairs
Arrangements are made in the form major credit cards, checks or money order. Payment is expected to arranged to be made when the watch is finished and ready for pick-up in the shop or before the watch is sent back repaired. Please make checks paid available to Andrew Wahl.
