What to expect:
Services Performed
All watches for service are completely disassembled, cleaned, oiled, and timed using state of the art equipment. Cases are refinished, cleaned, and most plastic crystals are replaced.
Warranty
All watches that we service carry a one year warranty on work performed. Parts subject to normal wear such as crystals, straps, etc. are not covered under warranty, neither is damage as a result of abuse.
Service Turnaround Time
Our turn around time is usually 2 - 5 weeks. Depending on material availability. I am sure to keep my customers updated regularly on watches in for repair.

Watch Repair Estimates
Estimates for watch repair are provided free of charge. We are very fair and confident in our estimate process. Unlike most other watch repair service providers, in the event an estimate is not approved for repair we will pay for return shipping at same insured value your watch was received.
Payments for repairs
We accept Visa/Mastercard, paypal, bank check and money orders. We will contact you once your watch is accessed and upon our free estimate approval we require payment before the repair begins.
Watch repair estimates are provided via email, andy@ohiowatchrepair.com, or over the phone (513) 347-0153 or toll free (866) 821-9991 before you send your Paul Picot watch for repair. This estimate includes return safe insured shipping. Note: All Estimates are FREE and responded to within a few hours, most times sooner. For the most timely response to your watch repair question or estimate please send an email request. Emails are looked at periodically several times during the day, as the email screen is left open all day to see. I do not answer the phone in the middle repairs to assure the quality of all repairs. Voicemails are checked morning, noon and night. Therefore you are more likely to get a quicker response via email.
