When sending a watch for a free estimate you may fill out this form. This will allow us to create an estimate request form. We will then email you a copy of this form. All you need to do then is print the form and send a copy of it with your watch. Included in the form will be an estimate I.D # at which will be referenced with the estimate and any inquiries you may have on its status. (If you do not have a working printer and would like to skip this step please do not worry.. We will be more than happy to provide you with an estimate and your ID # over the phone or via email :)
Estimates for watch repair are provided free of charge. I am very fair and confident in our watch repair estimate process. Unlike most other watch repair services, we supply FREE return shipping on all watches repaired. In the unlikely event that I receive your watch and there are unforeseen problems such as rust inside the watch or broken parts, occasionally its necessary to re-estimate the original watch repair estimate.
I will call you or send you an email at the email address provided to go over the watch repair with you within 24 hours of the time we receive your watch. If the estimate is not approved the watch will be returned to you via USPS or the insured carrier of your choice. Please be advised that only watches approved for repair will be eligible for free return shipping.

I had my date-just for 20 year and this is the second time that I needed it to be maintained. He did the same repair that "Rolex" would do, but I had my watch in 2 weeks not 2-3 months when Rolex does it. He consistently kept me informed of receiving the watch, status of repairs, and shipping. WOW talk about keeping me informed! When I received it, is noticed how well he polished it up making it look brand new! After 5 days, the time is with in 1 seconds of the world clock (internet); can't say the factory was that accurate.
